FAYETTEVILLE — High-tech communications and electronic warfare products developer Xtremis, which recently opened its Devil’s Den Proving Grounds in Northwest Arkansas, has initiated a fellowship program with the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville to help develop its future workforce.
