This past weekend, the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind (WVSDB) had the opportunity to compete in the first-ever National Deaf Scholastic Esports Tournament. Hosted at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (WPSD), the Black Bears competed in seven different games. These games included Fortnite, Mario Kart, Overcooked, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, Street Fighter 6, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Two students from WVSDB, Sean Hufflin and Earl McKinney, were selected by other players to the First and Second Team All-Stars.
