It will direct you to the dead drop locations, which is often near a grocery store. Make sure not to search for the store itself. Check for the star icon on the map after you have read the message.
The star marks the dead drop zone and not the grocery store. After you are there, navigate past the Koyama Chemical Company and the Taco Ticklers until you find the ATM. Behind it, you will find an alleyway where the order is hidden. If the message you received mentions the grocery store, that is where you will go.
Check near the parking garage
Another way to find a grocery store vicinity is by heading to a supermarket near the parking garage. The dead drops are quite often scattered in the area, especially behind the buildings. So, if you pick up the instructions that mention the grocery store, explore the back alleys first before, instead of the main road.
The players did report that the dead drop spot is usually tucked away. So, keep an eye out for the narrow pathways. The store itself is not accessible. However, the surrounding area is an important key. So, if you are lost, recheck the message— the star icon will not steer you wrong.
