MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) – The Mandan High School eSports team had an impressive showing at the state competition.
The team represented the school in a variety of games and was champion in the Rocket League portion of the competition. It placed second in the Ace Fortnite section and Minecraft Bed Breaks.
“I learned that you just gotta be a good teammate for your team,” said Jordan Bauer, a member of the team. “You gotta make sure that you’re working as a team, being a leader, just getting the job done.”
This is the third year in a row the team has placed first for Rocket League.
